Function: Ensure Regular Rich Content Development For All Touch Points Reporting to: Head, CEA Location: Lagos Travel Frequency: NIL
Purpose of the Job
To research, write, coordinate and design materials that work together cohesively to inform and promote the company and its services. To create, improve and maintain contents to achieve business goals, develop and share content to raise brand awareness and monitor web traffic.
Expected Key Results
Manage customer complaints and expectations on social media platforms
Generate brand awareness
Identify online threats, escalations and business enquiries
Educational Qualifications & Functional Skills:
B.Sc in Journalism or Communication/Social Sciences (2.2/Upper Credit Minimum).
Post Graduate degree (MBA, M.Sc., etc.) an added advantage.
Professional Qualification in Customer experience management an added advantage.
Minimum of 2-3 years of varied experience in content development related positions
Excellent communication and writing skills
Good listening skills
Ability to work independently
Fairly good knowledge of HTML, Photoshop Dreamweaver, Macromedia flash, MS- FrontPage
