About me

My tertiary education started with an undergraduate study in computer engineering from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife from where I obtained a B.Sc degree. This was subsequently followed by a post graduate study in Information Technology leading to an M.Sc.

My work experience started at iTECO Nigeria Limited (a subsidiary of Telnet Nigeria), a leading systems integrator and technology solutions the year 2001 as a Network implementation and support engineer and rose to the position of a consultant while heading the network service delivery unit. Subsequently, with keen interest to further my career with an organization with astute future aspiration, I joined ipNX in the year 2008 as a business development manager. I preparation for higher levels of management and leadership responsibility, I had the opportunity to pursue an executive MBA at the prestigious Pan-Atlantic University, Lagos Business School. Over my career years till date, I have acquired key professional certification in systems integration (Cisco, Microsoft), IT service management (ITIL), project management (PRINCE2 practitioner) and a few others.

I would describe myself as an energetic self-starter with excellent analytical, organizational, and creative skills with passion to share knowledge and create value. Of course, only very few would know this, I am a music freak, and I love the late 70s to early 90s.

What Do You Like Most About Your Job Position?
Conceptualization, Analyzing and proffering solutions to business problems which ultimately leads to the process of value creation for customers - it is core to a successful sales process and revenue generation. I like the need to work with details. Equally, I love to share with passion knowledge acquired as a process of tutoring others, including direct and indirect reports and peer. This knowledge sharing encompasses business and technical ideas and cultural and guiding principles.

 Like What Do You Like Most About Working For ipNX?
The decision to join ipNX in the very first place is what I still like about working for ipNX; and that is the overall reputation of the brand in the industry, in particularly, its futuristic innovation and community friendly standards in the quest to create value for stakeholders (customers, employees, shareholders and the community at large). You will perhaps, be the one to limit yourself as the company strongly inspires everyone to aspire to grow along the career hierarchy within the company; in other words, career growth opportunities abound, almost without limit; all you need is to demonstrate the potentials.  You are encouraged to challenge yourself at all time.


What Level of Importance Does ipNX Place on Your Own Personal Development?
ipNX pays a lot attention on individual development including professional improvement and career growth, one of such commitment had led to my obtaining an executive M.BA. This drive for personal development for its employee has been seen in opportunities given to me to take on high roles of responsibility with strong support and mentorship; this has continuously stirred self-development in the quest for career growth and success.
